FAQ

Discover a unique world of applications dedicated to the Garmin Connect IQ platform.
Here you'll find innovative, high-performance tools designed to significantly enhance your sports and wellness experience.

Most of my applications are dedicated to water sports enthusiasts. Whether you're into windsurfing, kitesurfing, foiling, surfing, wakeboarding, water-skiing, jet-skiing..., you'll find here all the tools you need to track your performance and improve your practice. These applications let you automatically record your sessions with discipline-specific data and metrics, and synchronize them to your Garmin Connect control center.

For enthusiasts of downhill runs, repeated courses or pumptracks, I've developed two apps that will help you optimize your workouts and track your progress. These tools are designed to adapt to your specific needs and provide you with precise, relevant data for each discipline.

Finally, to complement your sports routine and promote your general well-being, three of my apps are dedicated to breathing exercises and controlling your heart rate. These tools will guide you through breathing techniques to improve recovery, manage stress and optimize your overall performance.

All these applications are available on the Garmin Connect IQ platform, allowing you to personalize your Garmin watch according to your preferred activities and personal goals.

Frequently asked questions

What payment methods are available?

Currently, the only platform offered on this site is PayPal. However, you don't need to have a PayPal account. In fact, you can also pay by credit card, either by clicking directly on the credit card logos in the 'Three purchase options' section, or by going to one of the application pages and clicking on the black 'Credit card' button, which will open the popup window for entering your credit card details.

How can I find your applications on the Garmin store?

The catalog of my applications is easily found in the search bar, by entering the nickname “Surfy66” or, directly by clicking on the following link: my Garmin page

How can I find out about application updates?

Each application update is generally accompanied by an entry on the blog page, which lists all previous major updates over a period of around 6 months. In this way, you can keep track of what has been added / modified on a given application over the past 6 months. The blog page can be accessed directly by clicking on this link

Are there any tutorials on your applications?

Yes, of course! You can visit my YouTube channel, where you'll find a number of tutorials on the configuration and use of nautical applications, as well as tips and tricks on certain functions. To visit my channel, click here: Surfy66.
For the WindKite application, you can also view the videos directly on this site, by going to this page: WindKite tutorials.

May I contact you with suggestions?

If you have any suggestions for improving the applications (design, addition/modification of existing functions, etc.), please let me know. I'll be happy to study your proposals and try to take them into consideration so that they can be integrated into future updates, if at all possible and feasible (possibilities and limitations of the development SDK).

What should I do if I encounter a bug or malfunction in an application?

In principle, I strive to offer applications that work without a single bug. That said, as I'm not infallible, it can happen, especially as the code of an application may be compatible with the watch firmware at a given time, but no longer be at t+1, due to future 'technical evolutions, or certain SDK functions rendered obsolete by Garmin, which requires a certain amount of time to readapt the code to these different evolutions. If this happens, please let me know, as I'll do my utmost to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
