WindKite Lite version 1.16 et WindKite Pro version 4.31

ajout d'une fonctionnalité exclusive: la rotation de l'écran principal (LITE) ou l'écran Wide Screen (PRO) 🙏😎

Les modèles ci-dessous, compatibles avec la version 4.2 du SDK, ont la possibilité de faire pivoter l’écran principal (LITE) ou minimaliste (PRO) à gauche ou à droite de 30°, selon le poignet sur lequel vous portez votre montre. En cours de navigation, lorsque vous tenez le wishbone ou la barre, cela vous permet ainsi de visualiser l’écran avec les informations / données orientées face à vous, et non plus inclinées. Vous n’avez donc plus à lâcher le wish ou la barre pour lire facilement les données affichées à l’écran !

Cette option se trouve dans le menu:

« Main Screen → Orientation  » pour la version LITE
« Wide Screen → Orientation  » pour la version PRO

Vous avez le choix entre affichage poignet gauche, affichage centré ou affichage poignet droit. En optant pour un choix autre que centré, toutes les informations affichées (données - jauges - etc) sont orientées de 30°, vers la gauche ou vers la droite

Liste des modèles compatibles avec cette fonctionnalité (à la date du 01/08/2023), sous réserve que le firmware de la montre soit à jour à sa dernière version (y compris version beta), et compatible avec cette fonction:

• fēnix® 7 Series

• Forerunner® 265 Series

• Forerunner 955

• Forerunner 965

• MARQ® (Gen 2) Series

Les modèles qui ne sont pas encore compatibles à cette date (01/08/2023) le seront automatiquement lorsque Garmin proposera les firmwares correspondant, l’application comporte déjà le code gérant cette fonctionnalité pour ces modèles concernés (sauf les Venu SQ2, qu’il n’est pas encore possible de tester dans le simulateur, si tant est que cette fonction soit un jour disponible pour ces 2 modèles). Autrement dit, si votre montre est censée être compatible avec cette fonction, mais que l’option n’apparaît pas encore dans le menu correspondant, cela signifie que son firmware n’est pas encore compatible, mais la fonction sera automatiquement débloquée lorsque le firmware sera rendu compatible par Garmin.

Le manuel utilisateur au format PDF a été modifié au regard de ce nouvel ajout.

The models below, compatible with SDK version 4.2, have the ability to rotate the main (LITE) or minimalist (PRO) screen left or right by 30°, depending on which wrist you wear your watch on. During navigation, when you hold the wishbone or the bar, this allows you to view the screen with the information/data facing you, rather than tilted. So you no longer have to let go of the wishbone or bar to easily read the data displayed on the screen!

This option can be found in the menu:

« Main Screen → Orientation  » for the LITE version
« Wide Screen → Orientation  » for the PRO version

You can choose between left-wrist display, centered display or right-wrist display. If you choose anything other than centered, all information displayed (data - gauges - etc.) is rotated by 30°, to the left or to the right.

List of models compatible with this function (as of 01/08/2023), provided that the watch firmware is updated to its latest version (including beta version), and compatible with this function:

- Epix (gen 2)

- fēnix® 7 Series

- Forerunner® 265 Series

- Forerunner 955

- Forerunner 965

- MARQ® (Gen 2) Series

Models which are not yet compatible on this date (01/08/2023) will be automatically compatible when Garmin releases the corresponding firmware, as the application already includes the code managing this functionality for these models (except for the Venu SQ2, which it is not yet possible to test in the simulator, if this function will ever be available for these 2 models). In other words, if your watch is supposed to be compatible with this function, but the option does not yet appear in the corresponding menu, this means that its firmware is not yet compatible, but the function will be automatically unlocked when the firmware is made compatible.

The PDF user manual has been updated to reflect this new addition.
